Todd Orlich fell in love with the hospitality industry during his first job as a restaurant dishwasher. “There is one clear moment I remember that left an indelible impression on me. I was washing dishes alone at the end of dinner service one evening, and when no one was around, I snuck into the empty dining room. Orlich moved to California in 2002 to join Montage Hotels & Resorts, and became General Manager of Montage Beverly Hills in 2014.
