Keith Bennet, BrewDog Brewery
Keith Bennet, a Cicerone Certified beer connoisseur, looks after special projects in the U.S. for the Scottish brewery BrewDog. They’ve just finished building a 100,000 square foot brewery in Columbus, Ohio and are working on opening the “DogHouse” hotel on the property. With talk of IPA-filled hot tubs, coolers in the showers, taps in the rooms and so much more, this one-of-a-kind hotel is set to turn every beer lover’s fantasy into a reality.

Andy Sparhawk from the Boulder-based Brewers Association and CraftBeer.com never went through a phase of drinking light, mass-produced beers. Even in college, a haven for the Bud Lights and Heinekens of the world, Andy stuck with craft beer and never looked back. Of course, it didn’t hurt that he grew up in a region where craft beer has been around longer than the recent headlines. No wonder he now proudly works for the Brewers Association, a not-for-profit trade association of 3,800 U.S. breweries and 46,000 members of the American Homebrewers Association.
